I had a pleasant stay at Sterling Munnar with my family. The staff were genuinely warm and went out of their way to accommodate our needs, especially when we were unwell. The property itself is beautiful, set against a mountain backdrop, but the challenges with Wi-Fi and limited dining options were notable downsides. Overall, we enjoyed the activities and the breathtaking views, but some improvements in the property and services would take it to the next level.
